RENOIR VIEWS BY KAYAK
In nineteenth century guide books to Guernsey, Moulin Huet was consistently singled out as the island’s finest scenic attraction and The French Impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir in 1883 painted about fifteen pictures on the island all showing views of the bay and beach of Moulin Huet.
Our Renoir views kayak tour will start from Saints Bay and pass the ‘dog and lion’ rocks then take in all the famous Renoir views of Moulin Huet, Petit Port and the Peastacks. This is a great opportunity to explore this spectacular but hard to reach bay, from a kayak.
