Refund Policy:
Individual bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the activity will receive a refund of any deposit or payment already made. Cancelled bookings 1-14 days will receive a credit for an alternative date. No refund will be given for cancellations or no shows on the day of the activity and full payment will be expected for pre-booked groups. If Outdoor Guernsey needs to cancel a session for any reason, or we decide the session is unable to go ahead due to bad weather, booked participants will be entitled to a full refund or alternative date.
