The Experience

The adventure begins with a walk across the exposed foreshore as the tide reaches its lowest point. From there, we enter the cave system itself, exploring chambers, passages and pools that spend most of the year hidden beneath the sea.
Depending on conditions, participants may need to wade through seawater, negotiate uneven rocky terrain and squeeze through narrow cave entrances.
